In this episode, I'll breakdown how I do a stress-detox combining physical relaxation, breathing, and the power of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
The technique I'll outline in this episode, will also go way beyond just de-stressing. It will show you how you can the power of internal imagery to become more relaxed on a daily basis.
