With Mind School, I empower people and help them make significant & measurable improvements in their mental wellbeing, performance, & results. I do this by providing teaching in 3 key areas: Mindfulness, Meditation, & NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
I find that this approach can make the biggest positive impact on a person’s wellbeing.
I have over 25 years experience in the coaching and therapeutic world (helping people 1-2-1), and I’ve been a trainer for close to 20 years working with clients such as NHS Scotland, The Institute of Fundraisers, Bield Housing, Macmillan Cancer Trust, Zero Waste Scotland, Local Councils, and many others.
I’m also co-presenter for the radio show Chatting through the Chaos and creator of the Stress Less Living Podcast.

Over 25 years ago, as an anxious teenager, I was left frustrated at the level of help, support and teaching that was available when it came to mindset and mental wellbeing.
At that time, there was also a significant stigma attached to asking for help… and disciplines like therapy and coaching weren’t as widely available as they are today.
As a result, issues like stress, anxiety, depression, lack of confidence, amongst many others were not being properly treated. And many people were either hiding their issues or didn’t know where to turn for help.
