In today’s challenging climate, cultivating resilience is key to creating sustainable levels of performance. It enables people to remain focused, calm and attentive under pressure. 

 

This training can be delivered as a one-off (45 min to 1-hour) workshop or as deeper, more comprehensive 4-week programme. The aims of the training are as follows:

Mindfulness for Workplace Stress & Anxiety

A certain amount of stress & anxiety is normal. They are our internal warning systems firing off in an attempt to protect us & keep us safe. The problem arises when base-line stress and anxiety levels increase — leading to lower levels of employee wellbeing & increased risk of burnout.

 

This training can be delivered as a one-off (45 min to 1 hour) workshop or as a more comprehensive 2 hour workshop. The aims of the training are as follows:
